Fun, friendly, relaxed and patient guitar teacher in South East London.
Hi! My name is Kit - I'm glad you found me! I've been on my own musical journey my whole life, and I'd love to help you on yours too.
What people say...
He's taught me so much, and always helps me to learn what I actually want to learn.
He puts a lot of effort into preparing lessons, making them fun, and giving extra tips and hints to improve my all-round playing. I definitely recommend him!

Kit is a great teacher, easy to relate to and a lovely role model to boot!
My son has been learning accoustic and electric guitar with Kit for the past 5 years. His teaching style is kind and supportive and our son always looks forward to his lessons.

His lessons always strike a good balance of learning new skills whilst being very enjoyable.
Kit's patient and friendly manner has been ideal for learning. After playing for a number of years I found that I had plateaued and was unsure of how to improve. Thanks to the lessons I have been able to improve my technique and theory.

How I Can Help You
Establish your destination...
I teach people what they want to learn. Pop, rock, blues, funk, jazz, hip hop – it doesn’t matter. Any piece of music can be the foundation of your next step (and once you have a regular lesson on the horizon, you've suddenly got a lot more reason to take those next steps).
Figure out what's holding you back...
Sometimes it’s hard to know what you need to do to improve. It might be your technique, your theoretical knowledge, your confidence; whatever it is, I will be able to see what you yourself may not. Then, once I've show you what you need to do, you don't need to worry about figuring it out any more - you can just concentrate on working on it!
Set you on your own path...
Everyone learns differently, and it’s my job to figure out what will get you moving in a way that will be both clear and achievable. Not only will I give you the tools to improve as fast as you can, I will also help to make sure you enjoy it so much you’ll want to do even more!
